President Joyce Kramer
Joyce became a survivor on October 22, 2006 when Officer Patrick Kramer was killed in an automobile crash on Highway 20 while responding to the scene of a traffic accident. He was attempting to pass two vehicles when his department SUV struck a sheet of ice and went out of control. The vehicle flipped over and landed on its roof. Treasurer Becky Sturdevant
Becky became a survivor on August 28, 2008, when her son, Trooper Evan Schneider, was killed in a crash with a drunk driver eight days before his 30th birthday. Evan’s brother, Jim Schneider, and his wife, Lacy, organized “Hike for C.O.P.S.” to honor fallen MHP troopers. Becky and her husband, Lee, live in Harlowton.  Contact Becky at
